Leasing & Application Process

Application approvals are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. 

Furnished apartment homes are not currently available.

At this time, short-term lease options are not offered. 

We do not currently offer corporate lease agreements. 

Yes! We are currently offering 2 months free base rent plus a $1,000 Look & Lease special. Contact the leasing team for full details and lease terms. 

Apartment Features & Policies

Residents are welcome to decorate their apartment homes as long as the unit is returned to its original condition at move-out. 

Each apartment home includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer, and dryer. 

Subletting is not permitted. 

Yes, all apartment homes include a washer and dryer. 

Community Amenities & Conveniences

The pool and deck are open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for resident use. 

Yes, the community offers controlled access for added security. 

Packages are handled through Fetch Package Delivery, which securely manages deliveries directly to residents. 

Yes, parking is available starting at $25 per month. 

Yes, EV charging stations are available for resident use for an additional fee. 

Public transportation options are not located within close proximity to the community. 

The community is located within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools district. 

Rent, Utilities & Insurance

Rent can be paid online through the resident portal, or by cashier’s check, personal check, or electronic money order. 

Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents. 

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. 

Electric service is set up through Duke Energy. Water and sewer are billed directly to residents through the community. 

High-speed internet is already installed through Spot On. Spectrum is available as an option for cable services. 

Pet Policies

Yes, our community is pet friendly. 

There is a $400 one-time pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. 

There is no weight limit, however aggressive breeds are restricted. 

Maintenance & Service Requests

Yes, we have on-site maintenance staff available to assist residents. 

Residents can submit a service request through the resident portal, by phone, or by contacting the leasing office. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day. 

Maintenance requests are typically addressed in the order they are received, with emergency requests prioritized. 

No, residents do not need to be present for maintenance to complete service requests. 

If you are locked out, please contact the leasing office for assistance during business hours. 

Move-In / Move-Out

Before move-in, each apartment home is professionally cleaned and inspected to ensure all appliances and systems are functioning properly.
